Scope of the Service

This is an independent reference with no government ties. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a record request or court paper for anyone.

The pages point toward Covington County jail and booking resources, city record custodians, state and federal locators, and independent research tools. The originating agency remains responsible for its own records.

Acceptable Use Rules

Covington County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. Users agree not to apply site information to:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection, housing access, or lease decisions.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other decision regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Websites and Services

Links may lead to jail and sheriff pages, booking sources, corrections systems, government portals, legal resources, news outlets, and outside search services. We do not endorse or control their content, privacy practices, prices, or uptime. Review each destination's terms before using it.

Service Provided As Is

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
